1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CopyForge ("the Service"), operated by Cosra ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CopyForge is an AI-powered content creation and distribution platform. We provide tools for generating, editing, optimizing, and distributing marketing content across multiple channels.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle’s refund policy and applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond the provided API
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. You grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the Service.

Our Service: CopyForge, its logo, and all related materials are our intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided "as-is." You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and using AI-generated content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of generated content for any purpose.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CopyForge and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination. We may retain certain data as required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cosra is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
