CopyForge offers digital subscription services processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
No further charges will be made
Your account will revert to the Free plan when the period expires

Refund Eligibility

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with CopyForge within 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.

Refunds may also be considered in the following cases:

You were charged after canceling your subscription
You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the Service
You were charged an incorrect amount
Duplicate charges

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:

Requests made more than 14 days after the initial purchase
Renewal charges (monthly or annual) after the initial billing cycle
Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (content varies by input)
Failure to cancel before a renewal date
Violation of our Terms of Service leading to account suspension

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

Email us at support@cosra.qzz.io with your account email and reason for the refund
We will review your request within 3 business days
If approved, the refund will be processed through Paddle and returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Paddle as Merchant of Record

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (for customers outside the USA) or Paddle.com Inc (for US customers) as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and refund disbursements. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle’s Terms of Service.
